Jacob and Hannah Ouellette are the lead pastors of Thrive Church and the hosts of The Lead Table. This collective was born out of their own desire for the kind of pastoral community they longed for as lead pastors.

They have dreamed of creating a space where lead pastor couples have access to national leaders they often only encounter from a stage, leaders who don’t just inspire, but sit at the table, share honestly, and serve with intentionality. A place where wisdom is offered generously, conversations linger, and what’s shared continues to nourish you long after the gathering ends.

At the heart of The Lead Table is a deep commitment to the couple. Jacob and Hannah believe senior leadership is a family calling, and that healthy leadership flows from healthy marriages and meaningful friendships. Their vision is to create a safe, joy-filled environment where couples can build real relationships, pray for one another, laugh together, and grow side by side.

Pastors Todd and Julie Mullins are the Senior Pastors of Christ Fellowship Church. Under their leadership, Christ Fellowship has continued its growth as a multi-site congregation that gathers thousands in South Florida each week and digitally reaches thousands beyond the region through Christ Fellowship Everywhere. Their leadership expands beyond the walls of Christ Fellowship as they serve the South Florida region and beyond. They are the founders of Church United, a partnership of local churches across various denominations that join together to transform South Florida. Todd and Julie also serve on the lead team of the Association of Related Churches (ARC) and on the board of directors for Place of Hope Children's Home in South Florida. They are both frequently invited to speak at churches and conferences around the globe, and Todd recently authored his debut book, Don’t Let Doubt Take You Out. Together, they have a son, Jefferson, who also serves in ministry at Christ Fellowship alongside his wife, Cassie.

For over three decades, Charlotte has served the church globally through her gift of communication, preaching, and training in all settings. With a passion to equip and support leaders, Charlotte launched “PRAXIS,” a ministry created to come alongside senior leaders and practically support and provide training for their staff and teams. The Collective is another expression of the heart we have for leaders here at CG Ministries, from the Collective mentorship program to cohorts and retreats. This curated community for women mentors them to lead better, step into their future, and connect with like-minded leaders. Charlotte has authored a large number of books, produced several podcasts, and written curriculum for the next generation in partnership with SEU University. She and her husband, Steve, have spent over thirty years building and leading a church in the United Kingdom. Now they call Alabama USA home with their two grown children, Hope Cherish and Noah Brave. Charlotte is a teaching pastor at Church of the Highlands, where they are based as a family and ministry.

Lance has been leading churches and organizations for 40+ years. He was the lead pastor for 3 different churches and then spent 7 years as an executive and teaching pastor at Saddleback Church in Southern California. During his years at Saddleback, Lance led the 40 Days of Purpose campaign. Ultimately, both nationally and internationally, more than 25,000 churches also did the 40 Days of Purpose campaign. In 2007, Lance launched a ministry called Replenish, which is dedicated to “Helping people live and lead from a healthy soul.” Over the last 15 years, Lance has encouraged, challenged, and equipped thousands of leaders through speaking, personal coaching, LifePlanning, and writing books. Lance’s books include… Replenish… a resource for pastors and ministry leaders on doing ministry without losing your soul. High Impact Teams… a resource to catalyze teams to increased health and high-performance Your ONE Life… this newest book releases in 2021 and is focused on helping people own, live, and love their one and only life. Lance and his best friend Connie have been married for 45 years. They have two grown children and 4 beautiful granddaughters. Their entire family lives in Castle Rock, Colorado.

Joe Sakic is a Hockey Hall of Famer and current President of Hockey Operations for the Colorado Avalanche. Known for his quiet strength, consistency, and integrity, Sakic captained the Avalanche to two Stanley Cup championships and became one of the most respected leaders in professional sports. His confidence, work ethic, and loyalty to his team mirror the traits of great leader who influence through example rather than ego. (If Deb joins us) Joe and Debbie Sakic are known not just for championship success, but for the character and consistency behind it. Joe, a Hockey Hall of Famer and President of Hockey Operations for the Colorado Avalanche, and Debbie, a committed philanthropist and advocate for families in need, embody what it means to lead with humility, generosity, and teamwork — on and off the ice. Their lives reflect the truth that leadership begins at home and legacy is built through faithfulness.
