Leadership can be isolating, especially at the senior level. The Lead Table was created to be a space where lead pastor couples can slow down, exhale, and be nourished personally and spiritually while growing in wisdom for the call they carry.
Here, you’ll be fed by seasoned pastors, leaders, and voices who understand both the weight and the beauty of leadership. We curate an environment where conversations are honest, relationships are meaningful, and insight is both practical and deeply personal. This isn’t content for the masses. It’s coaching and community shaped for the realities of leading a church and a life together.
What makes The Lead Table distinct is our intentional focus on the couple. Senior leadership is rarely an individual calling. It impacts marriage, family, rhythms, and identity, whether both spouses are on staff or not. We believe when the couple is healthy, the leadership is healthier and the church benefits.

We have been dreaming of creating the type of pastor's group we would dream of being a part of. A place where you have access to national leaders, the type of leaders that you normally only see on national stages. We have envisioned an environment where they (the spiritual or leadership Michelin chefs) come and serve you food you talk about all year. And what’s a great meeting without fantastic (actual) food, yeah, we’re going to cater in the good stuff. We wanted to create a safe space for the lead pastor couple to find community. To build friendships that can have fun together, pray for each other, and grow together.
